This Program has worked for many of our states professional pitchers as well as for countless High School and College pitchers this area. If you're a pitcher and want a safe program where you will gain strength and knowledge in the craft of pitching this program is strongly recommended. There will be ZERO weighted ball throwing in this program. Each student will get a set of bands and a set of 2 seam Balls to focus on holds and reverse throws.
