AT Pro Performance plus we have trainers and instructors that will help you or your family member achieve their fitness and sports goals. Our staff is well rounded and have many years of experience on and off the baseball diamond. Please contact us if you would like to meet with any of our trainers for a consultation. We have a fitness trainer on staff along with multiple baseball and softball instructors who have played at the professional and collegiate level.

Kevin went to both Newington and New Britain High School. After high school Kevin went to Division 3 powerhouse Eastern Connecticut State University where he played 2 years under college baseballs loved coach Holowaty. Kevin then transferred to Division 1 Central Connecticut State University where he played for the well respected coach Hickey. After college Kevin went onto play professional baseball for 6 years with the Milwaukee Brewers, New York Yankee and 2 independent league organizations including the Canadian League. Upon completion of his long professional career Kevin was given the opportunity coach and instruct at the #1 performance institute in the world IMG academy located in Bradenton, Florida. Kevin has since taken that program up north to Connecticut to form 'Pro Performance Network" (PPN) where he has many students in the Major and Minor leagues and all divisions of college baseball.
