About Us

Welcome to Pro Performance Network!

Pro Performance Nework is a 20k square foot sports and training facility located at 385 Stamm Road in Newington, CT.  Our facility has a full gym, a basketball court, batting cages, bullpens, an open turf area and a recently added Golf Simulator.

We offer one on one and group fitness and speed training by a trained professional.  

On the baseball side we also offer hitting, fielding and pitching lessons by former and current pro and college instructors.
